Account Types
The account type determines what parts of Formbird FLEET a user interacts with and which homepage they see when they log in. There is a range of account types to cover the different roles in a fleet management and workshop team — from drivers and operators who use vehicles in the field, to technicians and supervisors managing workshop activity, to administrators who configure the application.
| Account Type | Purpose | Homepage |
|---|---|---|
| Driver | For people who primarily book pool vehicles for short-term use and complete Daily Driver pre-starts. | Asset Booking |

| Asset Manager | For people responsible for managing assets throughout their lifecycle — records, documentation, reporting, and booking. | Asset Manager Menu |
