Troubleshooting Account Access
"Account not activated" error at login
If a user receives a message stating their account is not activated when trying to log in, the account's verification flag needs to be set by an Administrator.
- Navigate to the user's account document.
- Scroll to the Security panel at the bottom of the page.
- Select the Account Control record in the table to open it inline.
- Check the Account Verified checkbox.
- Save the changes using the Save Tick.
The user should now be able to log in. If the issue persists, confirm the account's email address matches what the user is entering at login.
The Account Verified checkbox is also how access is removed when a user leaves — unchecking it prevents login without deleting the account or its history. See Removing Access.
