Toll Reports
Toll costs recorded in Formbird FLEET — whether imported or entered manually — are available in financial reporting tools alongside other asset running costs.
Where Toll Costs Appear

| Asset Operating Cost Summary | Toll costs as a dedicated Tolls column in the cost breakdown. The source is Toll Details records unless your organisation has configured Additional Expenses with a Tolls category as the substitute source. |
| Asset Invoice Report | Toll costs in the Toll Cost column. |
| Account Code Cost Report | Toll costs grouped by account code and month, using the Start Date on each Toll Details record as the cost date. |
| Asset record — History panel | Individual Toll Details records linked to that asset. |
Toll Details Records
Each imported or manually created toll transaction is stored as a Toll Details document linked to the asset. To find an asset's toll history, open the asset record and look in the History panel.
The Toll Listing page provides a fleet-wide view of all Toll Details records and can be filtered by date range, asset, and other criteria.
Exporting Toll Data
Raw toll data can be exported to CSV using the Toll Export tool in the Export List (available under the Data Export section of the Administrator Menu). Apply date and asset filters before exporting to limit the output size.
