Asset Manager

Asset Manager accounts are for people responsible for the fleet itself — maintaining asset records, managing data imports, tracking costs and documentation, running reports, and overseeing the pool booking calendar. Asset Managers have broad read access to workshop activity, including request lists and individual workshop dashboards, but are not focused on day-to-day maintenance operations.

Asset Manager accounts are not intended for staff who primarily manage workshop operations. Staff managing requests, work orders, and technicians should use a Supervisor or Maintenance Admin account.
