Administrator
Administrator accounts have full access to all areas of Formbird FLEET. Administrators manage the application itself — configuring system settings, managing user accounts, importing data, and controlling how the application behaves for all other account types. Administrators can create and update any user account in the system.
Administrator accounts are not intended for staff who primarily work within the workshop. Staff managing requests, work orders, and technicians should use a Supervisor or Maintenance Admin account.
