Export List Report

The Export List Report provides tools to export raw data from the main entities in Formbird FLEET to CSV, for use in external analysis tools or integration with other systems. Exports can be configured, filtered, and saved for repeated use.

See Reports Overview for how to find this report.

How to Use

  1. Select an export type from the list.
  2. Apply any available filter fields to limit the data exported (see Available Exports below — not every export type has filters). This reduces load time and output size.
  3. Under Download Fields, select which fields to include. Fields are grouped alphabetically by their first letter. A new export starts with every field selected — select the Deselect All icon and tick individual fields, or select Select All to restore them all.
  4. Select the Download File icon to export the current field selection as a CSV.

There's no limit on the number of records exported — the export fetches and writes records in batches behind the scenes, however many there are.

Optionally enter a Report Name and select Save Configuration to save your filters and field selection for reuse. Saved configurations appear in the Saved Configuration Documents table at the bottom of the page — select the name to load one. Saved configurations aren't private: everyone who opens that export type sees the same shared list.

Available Exports

Every export type has its own Report Name field and Save Configuration button, in addition to the filters listed below. Account and Materials have no filters at all — every record is included.

On the four export types with a Date Filter Field / Filter By dropdown, the date fields immediately below it are relabelled to match your selection — for example, choosing Closed on the Request export relabels them Closed > and Closed <.
